I still think you're looking at the wrong place. Slide 45 of the Bio2016 pres is same as slide 43 of the pres done for Asia TIDES. iMyc1 and Omomyc when delivered using FPP have equivalent potency.
On the same graph is the potency of Omomyc by itself. Subtle point here is that (per 3rd bullet pt on slide 26 of Bio2016 pres) Omomyc has an internal CPP. Omomyc by itselfbis much less potent compared to a combination of iMyc1 and FPP.
I hope that clears it up....
Also why I am sooooo excited....
