I am mindful of upbeat sentiment....which may well be followed with stark reality.

No matter how good any news is...XX (very HIGH) % dilution to raise another $3m look a scary, yet real possibility...And this doesn't even count any discount to that offer.
At this point Mr New CEO, has no promises to break...so expect it to come.!!

Remember...they were already going to do this until there was a riot on this very site, HC.
