    Correct, it would be set up in the backend infrastructure of the telco.

    The issue I see, is if you’re going to do a mass SMS advertisement in Latin America and telling people to download an application to recharge and they click on the link and it doesn’t work what are the chances they would be sending the SMS to their relative in the US.
