Even if you are on the dole unless you live at home with mum and dad and they buy your food ... no rent .. no bills and you banked the money ...maybe?
Then mum or dad pays your Gst etc.
If you spent the lot on booze and cigs then you are paying heaps of tax that the tax payer is giving you so it goes back into the system ... and as Rebel said not the governments money.
Also do the homeless get any welfare as they have no fixed address?
Or are you talking about corporations that do not pay or the rich that know every loop hole to pay only the minimum? .... like our pollies.
