Lots of directors hold positions with different companies. He doesn't take a wage with Argosy, just has a tonne of shares along with family members. He was also chief geologist with Kangaroo resources when they went from 2c to a high of 33c (ASX300 company) before being taken over by Bayan resources. They developed a coal mine in indonesia.
