Just having a quick glance over this thread, not really up to speed. But being a pharmacist of 10 years, Im not sure how many GP's will issue scripts without a consultation. Obviously if the monetary incentive is there, there will be instances where they will. But it is not great practice to not have a face to face check up and just keep issuing scripts. Anyways, that was my first thought, apologies if I am missing something.
We have med advisor at work. It is a good app and seems to work well. We have trouble signing people up here as they need to leave their scripts at the store and we are kind of in the middle of nowhere. But for those who use it, they like it.
