Just a question. I vaguely remember the P2 trial missed end points on ventricular volumes and ejection fractions (I think) however those treated with stem cells had less major adverse cardiac events. My question is, if the stem cells aren't improving ventricular volumes and ejection fractions how is it improving heart failure (i.e. reducing MACE) which it appears to be doing?
