    I am not convinced it's a pump and dump, tbh. I think the recent rise might be in anticipation of the final investment decision for magnolia, expected end of the month. The sell-off comes after the announcement at an unfortunate time when sentiment in oil turned down, coupled with investors taking profits.
    However, I could be wrong; will find out at the end of the month!
