GJ your post was well written; however one thing was missing; innocent mistake #1 & 2 were fully avoidable if anyone in authority had any idea of what they were doing.

Lets not kid ourselves here; the people in charge did not have a clue of the consequences of their actions and the devastation they would cause to their workforce and shareholders.

In fact I doubt remorse is not considered here; the action of the BOD is well documented;
IM#1 took 6 months to divulge; large slips already occurred well before IM#2 was reported; these are facts!

It is painfully obvious where allegiances lie; $320K bonus for the MD for doing what he was already paid to do; but the question remains with a stagnate SP why?

What has gone wrong?
