History has shown that RED is reluctant to release negative information to the market; one has only to look at the west view images of the open pit to see that; can't take images of the east wall failure zone; why? Something to hide? Is it about credibility / accountability?
The outgoing cap exp cash flow gives a good guide as to accountability and with it the positive only reporting style is shot to pieces; as for credibility one could measure it on a scale of 1 to 10; alas I have zero thoughts about this.
