I think you will find it is a standard form. The wording just relates to the fact that if you send in the form not fully completed they will accept is as full acceptance. This is because you can accept for part of your holding and it is a normal rule for incomplete / wrongly completed forms. (common on acceptance forms)
As stated for non acceptance Do Not send in form.............
