I have only bought a small % of BBUS while I investigate how reliable a hedge it is. So far it seems to do ok, but I agree that when S&P500 is down 40/50% there is a risk of an unpleasant surprise. I also wonder whether there is any decay in the BBUS value, if the S&P remains flat for say a few years?
Does anyone have some unbiased advice regarding the reliability of BBUS (Betashares is the vendor)?
