I think we need to get Wellington and BCEE on board as they can afford very good lawyers for a few million (which is peanuts for them), it's not just getting our money back but also sue them for pain and suffering for the last year while in VA, like
@jantimot said these US fund managers have a lot of money and assets and probably sitting back and drinking 100+ year whisky and back slapping themselves on a job well done and what is with them approving early "destruction of records approved" so they spent MBN's 5M USD money on legal and appointee fees to get indemnity, when this could have been used for C&M!!!!!
