Copydog, funny you should mention auctions, I have been to 11 in the last ten days , 8 passed in did not reach the reserve and all of these were in the$300,000 to $400,00 plus range but anything from $200,000 to $280,000 all had multiple bidders and sold on the day, thats in the Sth Aussie market.
