You think ? TO me it looked like lack of culverts plus a permeable berm (check the size of the rocks ) was on the cavern side of the road , plus the repose angle looks rather steep , they were lucky no lives were lost
Surely the Dept of mines will also be looking into the OSH requirements here ?
