IF all or majority of funds are in place to meet funding of stage 3 and trials are on target and so far successful and without Teva interest dissolving MSB share of pie MSB should be soaring today .
Add to that Japan is in commercial mode .You have to wonder .Things don't seem to be what they appear to be .
Also Teva would not come out and say the product is no good as they have to save face with their own shareholders .
So maybe this is going to die slowly and Teva can walk away without too much disgrace .
