Relates to MUR completing the purchase of RIO's 49% interest in Sociedade Mineira de Nevese Corvo, S.A.
This deal was originally announced to the ASX on 25 January.
The acquisition is being funded through a hybrid facility comprising debt, deferred payment (ie: a deferred consideration facility with RIO), and equity.
The equity raising is likely to be completed tonight, London time.
The acquisition price is USD.78m, or AUD.140m @56c FX.
