As I remember from the conference this am, they do not need this finance facility any time soon.
In the meantime he is talking to a number of partners to pick up where TEVA left off with the proviso that they will go all the way with commercialization and marketing.
My guess is a deal will come with one of these parties and it is risky to be short in this stock as it could happen sooner than later.
Surely Teva would have been circled by a few majors for these assets.
Negotiotations are not likely to begin at page 1.
