The proof shall be in the pudding.. if this was a strategic decision on Teva's behalf expect a new partner to jump at this opportunity. I give it 6-8 weeks before we are in another trading halt with celegene taking a 50% stake and all funding commitments. The finance we have on the table sounds like an option and hence SI's reluctance to go into more detail. He wants a partner and will get one.
