I'm with you dutchy. MNC share price was once 57 cents, yes certainly overvalued and I was never expecting values like that again. As I said in a pervious post, it is the one with the money that has the control and will be the winner in these deal particularly in the current climate that is not inducive of good deals for junior explorers.

I suspect this might have been a case of beggars can't be choosers. They weren't keen to test the market for another raise so took the only offer they had. As for waiting on LC, probably the best time to develop it is when copper prices are depressed. If you wait for them to rise, the boom ends before you're producing.
