given that they are in the process of determing an approach before making an investment decision on tiof i would think it wise to consider alternative options to enable the project to come online sooner.

some of the changes to strategy would obviously be as a result of underutilisation of the berge helene capacity due to shortfall on ching production. one would hope they move asap with any option to fill that capacity while oil prices continue to stay high.
