In fact...intelligent and highly verbal people are excellect therapeutic candidates.

In my experince often reaching the top - gaining and achieving your goals - and then either falling from grace or otherwise feeling there's nothing further for you - can be an epiphany.

For the better.

Very often the same internal driving forces can and do kick in and a new reason d'etre is established.
