This is an over simplification. Increasing the proportion of cement or lowering the water-cement ratio effects workability, it can also result in more expensive concrete and the requirement for other additives like retardants and plasticisers. Also, creating a higher MPA concrete (compressive strength) doesn't necessarily also create improvements in tensile strength, shrinkage, impermeability etc - there is typically a trade off.

"Slightly thicker" concrete doesn't stand up in an economic sense either - 10% thicker doesn't equal 10% stronger (especially looking at tensile strength) but does equal 10% more expensive - also 10% heavier which can be a major issue in structures. And you still don't get the abrasion and shrinkage improvements.

I don't imagine that Edencrete will be used/make sense in every application but there are many applications in which will benefit greatly from the concurrent benefits/improvements that it offers.

I'm not an engineer but have spent years working with concrete and building concrete structures. These benefits are what drew me to this stock in the first place, it will be a game changer if they get the marketing right.

All IMO and DYOR and all that
