I am assuming you are in contact with those in the Top 20 and was thinking along the lines of you sounding out AJ and the Wolves to see if possible to get TON/FH to do a CR to solve the creditors issue. This has been raised by another poster earlier I believed hence I am sure some of us are also keen to participate. Perhaps the management can do a sounding out exercise to all SH to gauge if it will be successful to raise the amount required.

Yes, the CR option was done prior to VA but the graphite market sentiment was not at all positive compared to now. With all the other graphite plays SP up I would imagine whatever funds need to be raised to pay off the creditors will amply be returned through the boost in the SP especially if DFS ready. Just my thoughts.
