Last time I followed up with the company they said the agreement was still in place but I'm not sure what's in it for Sony at this stage - would have been a good question for the recent AGM. In fact, I may drop a line to the company and ask for some clarity on this.

Despite the recent share price volatility and general market woes, I am bullish about the next couple of weeks. Some of my tech contacts in the US have recently been made aware of AKP. Word is spreading. The next piece of news may be a testing update and that could come any day now? Possibly when we hit the two trillion cycles without failure milestone...
