    I'm happy with this, and accept that there will be umpteen try-before-you-buys.

    That's why I'm especially looking forward to the CEO update (to include a review of the POCs/trials to date) - can't try things forever! Have to get these signed over...

    Certainly should not be free-trialing anything for like a year - you'd get your success metrics long before that... Unless I'm crazy...
