Re:VRC = re-reading the PFS announcement I think they have just mis-used the term. They've stated no industrial chemicals which I think they're actually trying to imply no chemical treatment (after flotation) to increase graphite purity (which is a good thing).
Market likes them (looking at price) and the MOU's for product off-take definitely look impressive for a company only doing a PFS. MOU's always carry a certain amount of uncertainty (as they aren't binding) but the company looks to be heading in the right direction.
Major risk long term is they look to be behind (both in schedule and deposit quality) MNS and SYR, which could be a supply issue going forward as I see graphite as a race-to-the-bottom once 1 or 2 operations get started of who can produce the cheapest.
