The relationship between CO2 levels and warming/cooling is the complete opposite of what you and your scare-mongers suggest. Temperature rises first due to increased solar activity and over time causes oceans to heat and more CO2 to be released into the atmosphere form the warming seas. As solar activity diminishes and temperatures cool less CO2 is released from cooling oceans.
The relationship is therefore inverse to the one you promote.
