Just read J89's post on A2 and he mention on good authority that the Chinese delegation have chosen BAL as the preferred supplier of IF. It has since been moderated. He hasn't backed up the source. There is so much mud slinging going on, accusations and apologising, you don't know what the hell is going on at the A2 forum.
