Don't know what to make of all is.
I don't mind the merge as I think it is the logical thing to do, but my first reaction is that I get the sense the directors are mightily feathering their own nest here (too much), which normally I wouldn't mind if they had done an awesome job, but the SHP share price going south has told me otherwise.
