Riskon, the Balama underestimate you refer to appears to have been a whole US$5m, over and above the previous estimate (including contingency). The balance of the increase seems to reflect expansion and variation of their project. (Adding in a power station, additional process equipment, and similar stuff)
For a mine being set up in a remote part of northern Mozambique, that looks like pretty good project cost control to me.
If Nachu comes in that close, I think most MNS holders will be delighted.
