Make sure to thank management for doing the CR when they did On a more serious note. I see CZN.ASX has announced a new Cobalt acquisition. Fully diluted CZN's market cap is about the same as CNJ's. Either CNJ is undervalued or CZN is overvalued that is all I will say right now.

Management converted close to $900K I believe in loans to shares late last year. The share price was around .8 cents for three years.Along with this fact I am comfortable with this for the following reasons:

1/ Any selling of these shares will result in notice to the market in the form of Director/Significant shareholder change notice released to market. It would be market suicide.
2/ Huge incentive for management to create value for share holders. The only way they are going to get a return on this capital is for a major development to happen.
3/ A lot of comments, especially over at the BAR threads is along the lines of "maintaining lifestyle"... For starters management has foregone pay cheques on this company for years, secondly two of their other listed companies EDE and TAS have multi bagged so much that this has just become a tiresome reason to keep bringing up. Collectively TAS and EDE are worth $265M. It's just laughable to suggest management are relying on an $8M market cap company with this fact in mind.
