Strange, holding moved by slightly less than 1% so I don't think they needed to put through a change in substantial holding.

Final date looks off as well (Date of Change 22/09/2009 - 18/09/2015), you are obliged to put in a change notice within 2 days of your holding changing by 1% or more, so why put one in 9 months after the last transaction? Re the bid, I doubt they would get 90% shareholder approval unless it represented near the cash backing minus remediation costs.

Good trading though, sold 13.8m shares for $28.6m, bought 28.7m shares for $32m. Net 14.9m shares at a cost of $3.4m
