I dont have the knowledge to confirm or challenge whether they dominated their investments in off shore FI bonds. However if they drop to a record low then that is great for existing holders to have a cap gain on their asset value which for some then reflects in much higher FI returns.

"Brexit won't have an effect for PLS." Largely agree but the short term retail trading more on sentiment can do anything and thus, further manipulated by other derivative means.
