Mak, you're confusing revenue with earnings. SDA as owners of the app will still realise the full $20m revenue, and I suspect will retain a larger chunk of earnings through the new commercials with zip so they're not giving anything up.. SDA have said in previous reports that wholesale is a "low margin" business for them. The deal with zip is about rectifying that. Win win.
