This has nothing to do with WLD, the cattle industry in Australia or in any other cruelty free country(?) ...

This cruelty has to do with "culture" or lack there of ... rituals, poverty, lack of education, lack of training, lack of equipment, lack of working conditions, traditions, religions, etc..

I bet 4 Corners, or any other show go to those places and ask the worker .. "Can you show me how you kill the cow? ... "

Of course the worker will do it ... he is on TV ... He is a professional that has been killing animals like this forever, and learned from his parents, grandparents ... No one ever told him it was not the right way ... (If there is a right any to extinguish anyone's life).

You can not dictate how people will do things. Not even the English, after Centuries in India, changed their ways ...

We have a saying in Brazil from the Colonial days ... "Do and behave the way the English want us to be ..." .... Once the English turned their back, everything went back to normal.

Who do Australia TV think they are ... Why don't they try filming American Abatoirs to actually witness cruelty at its most technological .... They do that to their own people .... let alone animals ...
