@KayoticV as ive said previously, i come on here doing dd and felt Wgl was too expensive approaching $50mil. its now come off and looks more attractive at $30mil however i have serious concerns over corporate governance and hence my posts 2 inform others. @leishd id suggest you gain more experience in legal, corporate governance and asx listing rules as i deal with this every day and am an expert so take it from me, when i feel the asx/asic are looking over it, i think im probably worth listening too imo so no i dont think it is "BS". if they appoint a well credentialed co sec or person with good corporate governance experience id be more satisfied but at this point i see too much spin.
