I agree with you at some extent re credibility of the management.

My call was mainly to confirm the annualised bookings and searching ability of their platforms.
I got my answers satisfactorily.

I suspected there were two reasons causing the drop:

1. Market focusing on Cash revenue which was low for last two quarters. Ignoring time lagging to receive cash revenue from the annualised bookings.

2. Lack of news. 1PG announced the signing of new customer previously, but changed to not announce lately. No news would cause price to drift lower.

Always do own research, and only ourselves are responsible to own hard earned money.
