Campaigning has been suspended for today but the vote is still going ahead so far. The leave camp won't want any delay because it looks like they are in the lead and if the remain camp try and delay it they'll be accused of trying to rig it by adding time to try and change peoples minds. Theres conspiracy theories flying around already.
Was it arranged by the EU to scare people in to remaining? Was it aliens from outer space? All sorts of crap is going to come out.
It was probably some mental case who hears voices. Many years ago the UK government decided to save money by letting mentally ill and unstable people out and trusting them to take their own medication. Not a good move.
