Mate I am genuinely sorry about your position and humble apologies for my gloat.
At the risk of sounding a bit absent minded due to the passage of time on this one, the way i recall it, once the brawl broke out, AMI management and Pacific Road did a real good job at marginalising Glecnores position and the end result has been minimal dilution to shareholders. I think i posted at the time that the settlement was too generous to Glencore but then i read the fine print and discovered that Glencores options only kick in if AMI fail to pay back one of the small loan facilities it has with Glencore (~10-15m) which i believe AMI will pay back.
Overall i really think the company is very sound now
