TSN- Spec Buy. Target 6-7cents, page-164

I reckon this confidentiality thing is an excuse for some other things that TSN is hiding from its SHolders. It does not make sense to me that TSN (as a 25% shareholder of TSI) can be barred from putting up a public announcement that its quarter owned subsidiary (?) is doing a road show in Australia. Thoughts?
p/s it seems that those who went to the presentation are rather tight lips after the presentation too. Only snippets of details are posted.
Why?? Any fishy smells?? Thoughts??
