IMO 3 reasons why it would be positive
1. Just days after funding it won't go into administration !
2. Changes within such a small Org would not require a TH unless there is a bigger well known entity placing their key personnel to steer the ship !
3. Also just as you picked up RED why would someone get active (even during TH) on Twitter all of a sudden if internally they knew it was bad news ?!
