Correct..but $12k in stock isn't a great amount either. I have researched the director in question and it is noted in the last Annual Report that "he and his family" are large and long standing shareholders. I would hardly call 12k of stock large so reading between the lines I'd say most of whatever stock held is in his wife's name.
