The company should not be on the Australian stock exchange as it is obvious that its sole purpose has changed from being an oil producer to being one of a self centered non profit self servicer of revenue to pay above market interest to itself for loans to itself from its oil revenues IMO. What shareholders are left from not selling out with the buyout offer , will be treated as not even existing .Only nievee or stupid share holders remain and will be ignored as you can do nothing except sell .
