Firsova you say if the heads are at 2.7c the oppies will be around 0.6 but on friday we had a complete linewipe of the oppies at 0.5c with a heads price of 1.7c. I think that the more the heads move the less the margin between heads and oppies will become as people feel them becoming further de-risked. I think the oppies will only lag by around 1c once the heads hit the magic 2c mark. Obviously this will change as we near expiry but there is a lot of newsflow between now and then to drive some serious SP appreciation between now and then so I stick with my principle of more stock for the same money with the oppies = higher potential profit over the next 6 months or so. I can then sell a portion of my oppies to pay to convert the rest to heads if lrs looks to be a longer term keeper.
