Don't you just sell the mine that needs rehab to another junior for $1m and thus avoid those costs?
We could post all day about these analysts... We all knew some kind of insurance payout would happen its sad that they have to wait for the actual announcement. Does anyone know what was covered in this payout? is it essentially wall damage or was there mining and other equipment lost in the flood? I want to see if we get a new KI feasibility study in the next few months and what kind of NPV it would have - I think it could be in the $100m range.
