The one thing new directors and management can do for RMX is do a reconstruction of capital and pivot the company into Australian gold projects - put Batangas on hold or dispose of the asset. BMV will do nothing -no funding and no likelihood of being capable of acquiring the project. A high net worth could take control of RMX -get rid of the current board and have an operating entity going forward with a robust Australian gold project !
