An SPP would give each shareholder the opportunity to buy $15000 at 0.5c. Each shareholder could buy 3000000 shares at 0.5c each with options to buy another 3000000 shares later. In this situation I would expect to be in profit in a few months.

Without an SPP any profit will occur much later.

I think KBL has a good future, but the recent financing has given a lot of the good future to the finance people.
