Oh, you mean like the countless other (and far more overt) examples of price moving just before a TH that we see each year in the micro cap space? That result in severe and demonstrative action against offenders
Had been wondering if the HNA acq was still in play and you'd think the TH relates to this but either way, I'm sure we're looking at a decent, accretive operation, purchased at a reasonable multiple and perhaps an accompanying SPP and placement.
