The share price is atrocious. The lack of meaningful updates from the company also leaves a lot to be desired.
Now that they have forfeited their option over 3500 acres for what equates to only about 1.8M dollars, the company has merely become a minority interest holder in some of Devon energy's projects.
The company will now be totally subjected to Devons control. Tomahawk will have no influence on how the play is managed. This is bad news if Devon decide to focus on their work in the Gulf of Mexico etc.
This may be a good trade when it is around 10c but at this stage I think it is about or above fair value. There are really no assets. Sure they have leases with devon but these may not yeild anything for a long time. Time is money and Tomahawk dont have much in the bank.
I hold a small amount at a loss. Your thoughts please?
